We just loved the double yolker freshly laid this morning so we just had to share it before we popped it on toast!

Hello! Welcome to my hen blog. For all those new to Hen News I was overwhelmed with requests from people wanting to know the progress of Billy & Mandy, 2 balding and very sorry for themselves battery hens I rescued last summer from the battery farm. Saved from the prospect of featuring in a Tesco Value pie, they now enjoy a full free range retirement at the end of my garden along with Henrietta, Minnie, Josie, Fanny Mae, Lulu and Aubrey.
